Where to Eat in Phnom Penh

For the past few days, I’d been terribly C-R-A-V-I-N-G for all things sweet and salty. Hmm, let’s just say that it’s the time of the month again where I just love to “devour” on anything (yes, my office mate used that term to define how I eat). Luckily, Phnom Penh is a food heaven – ask and you shall find! From International dishes like American, European or Asian to local Khmer food; from fine dining restaurants to cafe, bakery or even street food. I’ve been staying in this country for two months and never have I eaten anything that’s not good.

Here’s some snippets of the few restaurants I’ve eaten since June. Sometimes I’m embarrassed (or lazy) to take photos of the food that I took photos of the place instead:

  4. The Blue Pumpkin – 12 St. 57 and 69 | T: 023 963 574 (Ice Cream and pastries are the best!)

  6. Mang Boy’s Lechon – 59 St. 95 | T: 012 998 308  (Made me wish I’m back in Manila. They don’t have menu here, just tell them what Filipino food you want to eat.)
